GUMBO 256 oz
There is a MINIMUM ORDER of 256 oz of seafood/collard green Gumbo when ordering online. 256 oz typically feeds 6-8 people.

The savory-based roux is loaded with crab, hotlinks, tomatoes, assorted peppers, onions, celery, various sized shrimp and chicken drumettes, all poured over long grain rice with okra available on the side. Add a hot cornbread muffin and you’re in for a real gumbo treat! Must order a minimum of 256 oz size (four 64 oz bowls). 256 oz feeds roughly 6-8 people. Smaller sizes offered at in-person locations.
